
Sleepy time. I understand how much sleep my body needs and ensure that I get it.
Our bodies were hormonally designed to go to sleep soon after sunset and to awaken soon after sunrise. Many of us go to bed late and still get up early for our daily responsibilities. Quiet rest. I give my body, mind, and soul the quiet and rest they need to digest and assimilate all the good stuff that I am giving them.
In addition to your sleep time, take time on a daily basis, even for just a few minutes, to be by yourself and feel your body, the earth below, and the universe in you and outside of you. Feel your muscles and mind relax.
