ChangeHowiFeel Challenge Steps

Step 1: Pick something about you or your life that you'd like to change for the better be it EMOTIONAL OR PHYSICAL!

Step 2: Use your own technique to change how you feel or use one of the techniques in the CHANGE NOW link at top.

Step 3: Continue for at least 21 days. Regardless of outcome, pledge donation to this non-profit or one of your choice.

Step 4: Finish by nominating ALL YOUR CONTACTS OR AT LEAST 2 OTHERS to do the same - send them the 

 CHANGE CHALLENGE link.
