Before we start to change how we feel, a few things...

  • We can change the way we feel about ANYTHING!

  • Everything we do has consequences down the road, good and bad - doing all we can to feel good, in a healthy way, promotes good consequences.

  • Most people, IN THEIR CALMEST AND KINDEST STATE OF MIND, would want good consequences such as: healthy body, healthy family, sound mind, safe accommodations, abundance of food, a supportive social network, and peace around the world.

  • And avoid bad consequences such as: unhealthy body, confused mind, unsafe accommodations, lack of many resources, social networks breaking down, and world conflict.

  • Come on!...let's choose the good! Changing how we feel internally, feeling generally good, will help change our world...externally. 

  • Feeling good in the moment, no matter what is happening, AT LEAST makes that moment better...and influences a better future FOR SELF and for all.

  • Feeling good means feeling peaceful no matter the mental and physical situation. and operating at your  highest POTENTIAL, and achieving and completing whatever you set your mind to.

  • Yes it is hard, but so is anything we've persisted and learned to do in life beginning with learning to crawl and walk, brushing our teeth, ride a bike, and operating a vehicle going 100 kilometers down a highway.

  • It doesn't matter what it is; if its for personal AND societal betterment, it can be done, we can change how we feel. 

  • SO HOW DO WE FEEL BETTER ABOUT SELF, OTHERS, OR THE WORLD?!

  • The key is to monitor your thoughts and feelings.

  • IF WE HAVE REPETITIVE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS THAT BRING UP NEGATIVE EMOTIONS, WE DEFINITELY CAN SHIFT OUR THINKING BY ADDRESSING THE ORIGINS OF THAT EMOTIONAL CHARGE. 

  • We can also feel better by RE-imagining or knowing a better outcome, personally and globally...and then imagine and feel the feeling as if it was true!

  • HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF A BETTER OUTCOME PERSONALLY AND GLOBALLY WAS TRUE?!

  • We have the capacity to DO THIS, to feel good, to improve the world around us AND inside of us...if we set our minds to becoming emotionally fit.

  • The improvement in feeling could be related to Health, Sports, Anxieties, Pains, Weight, Fears, Relationships, Addictions, Depression, Procrastination, Sleep, or any other Emotional, Physical, or Emotional challenge or desire.

  • Our brains have become wired to perceive our challenges or desires (call it "x") in a specific way.

  • The way we perceive "x", THINK ABOUT X, simply makes it worse or better in the long run...our perception of "x" absolutely affects the outcome of "x".  

  • Our perception of "x" is hard-wired in our brain. We are absolutely able to re-THINK, or re-wire our plastic brain and birth new neurons to bring a new feeling or perception to "x".

  • Again, we can change that wiring, which changes what we think about "x", and affect our life in a good way.

  • Using CHIF techniques, which are an integration of the best of many modalities, thousands have already permanently changed how they felt, changed their lives for the better no matter their starting point.

  • THEY CHANGE THEIR LIVES BY BREAKING ANY DESTRUCTIVE EMOTIONAL TRANCES!

  • TRANCE means ANY REACTIVE UNCONSCIOUS action we perform, or thought we think. is the result of a trance...come to a red sign, we automatically stop...a certain song comes on radio, we suddenly feel good...or we feel terrible, depends on what unresolved events that happened in the past. 

  • To break most trances we can use Emotional Pattern Interruption Techniques or EPIT's.

  • It is so important, especially at this time in history, that as many of us as possible become aware of our thinking and subconscious programs then BREAK THE OLD HINDERING TRANCE, CREATE A NEW BENEFICIAL TRANCE. For example if a silhouette of a banking airliner makes you think of 911 and the destruction of the twin towers in New York, then breaking the trance and rewriting the memory and changing that symbol to a plane banking for landing at a tropical resort will be beneficial.  

  • To RE-TRANCE, to re-wire our thinking for the better means - better mental and physical health, better relationships, better financial, better energy security, better global harmony towards common evolutionary goals, and of course better emotional awareness and control. 

 

STEPS: How can we change how we feel?

  1. First identify the problem/challenge.

  2. Second notice how we know it is such a problem or challenge.

  3. Thirdly disrupt and neutralize the process that makes us feel a certain way.

  4. Then re-wire the thought/knowing/feeling, create a new thought/knowing/feeling, to a new healthier neural pathway, that is supportive to feeling good/better

  5. Then practice the heck out of this new knowing, this preferred existence, relentlessly like an Olympian! Some may come to it naturally, others may take hard work, but very doable. Many people were ignored or stepped on in sports, business, literature, or scientific theories, who moved forward despite the challenges, and prevailed for the better and succeeded! YOU CAN TOO!
